Terms and conditions

The simple things to know so your nanny and your family have a lovely time together.

1 Nanny roles

  • It is important to note that our nanny works according to your directions. The nanny is there to support you in caring for your children: playsitting, helping with daily routines, nappy changes, baths and dressing, the children's laundry, simple food preparation, tidying up after the children, and helping with your child's necessities.
  • The nanny does not work as a maid and does not do household chores.

2 Working hours

  • Our minimum booking is 5 hours / day and the maximum is 14 hours / day.
  • Our nannies offer a high level of flexibility with their working hours, so they can help you throughout the day or even into the late evening, based on your needs. Feel free to talk directly with our nannies to agree on the arrangement that suits you best.

3 Break time or lunch / dinner time

Applies to those using a nanny for more than 6 hours.

  • If you use a nanny for more than 7 hours / day, please provide the nanny with one meal. If the food at the hotel or villa seems too expensive, you can ask the nanny to bring her own food, or use Gojek to order food and pay for it.
  • Please give the nanny a break of at least 30 minutes for her lunch / dinner.

4 Coverage areas

  • Canggu, Seseh, Cemagi, Pererenan areas: 50K / day
  • Tabanan, Tanah Lot, Ubud: 70K / day
  • Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Uluwatu, Ungasan areas: 100K / day

Note: we don't cover the Amed, Karangasem, Lovina, Buleleng or Kintamani areas (except with the live-in option).
